Flights

*The price is determined individually based on the current flight and accommodation rates for the chosen date.

The flight price includes one piece of carry-on luggage (8kg, 55x40x23 cm) and one piece of checked luggage (20 kg) per passenger. Meals and drinks during the flight are not included.

Transfers

Transfer from Ilulissat Airport to your hotel takes just 5 minutes. After your flight, you will be transferred to your hotel.

At the end of your trip in Ilulissat, a bus will be waiting at the hotel to take you to the Ilulissat Airport.

Airport-hotel transfers in Copenhagen are not included in the travel itinerary.

Itinerary

Day I

Arrive in Copenhagen from Vilnius or another suitable airport.

One night in Copenhagen due to the early flight the next day to Greenland.

Day II

Early breakfast at the hotel.

Departure from Copenhagen to Greenland, Ilulissat, via Nuuk.

Upon arrival, the Hotel Arctic shuttle bus will greet you at the airport and take you to this wonderfully located 4-star hotel. You will meet one of the guides, who will introduce you to the town, surroundings, dining options, and excursion possibilities. During the meeting, you can book additional tours or confirm pre-booked activities.

An optional guided city tour of Ilulissat is available (with the full additional excursion package).

Dinner will be served at the hotel this evening.

Day III

Breakfast at the hotel.

Disko Bay is one of Greenland's most popular tourist destinations, famous not only for its glaciers but also for its stunning landscapes, cultural landmarks, and the interaction between traditional life and modern urban living.

This day is free for independent exploration or two excursions (with the additional excursion package):

- Boat trip between icebergs

- Northern Lights safari

Day IV

Breakfast at the hotel.

Day for independent exploration or a dog sledding adventure if you’ve booked the additional excursion package.

Dog sledding is one of Greenland's most famous traditions, practiced for thousands of years. It's a unique experience: happy dogs pulling a simple wooden sled through flat terrain near Ilulissat.

Day V

Breakfast at the hotel.

Spend the last day soaking in the town’s atmosphere and history – visit the cozy museum in Knud Rasmussen’s birthplace. At the local market, “Brættet,” you can see the freshest Greenlandic produce straight from the fishermen’s hands.

After indulging in rich landscapes, treat yourself to local flavors. Ilulissat’s restaurants offer Greenlandic delicacies: from local sushi and fried ammasat (small fish) to whale and seal meat.

Additional snowmobile tours are available.

Day VI

Breakfast at the hotel.

Flight to Copenhagen via Nuuk.

Arrive in Copenhagen around 22:00, where a hotel will be booked for you for one night.

Independent transfer to the hotel.

Day VII

Breakfast at the hotel.

Departure from Copenhagen to Vilnius or your chosen airport.

Additional Excursion Package

This excursion package offers a fantastic opportunity to experience both the majestic Arctic nature at the Glacier Fjord and Inuit culture. You will enjoy a dog sled ride, hiking, and an immersive cultural exploration of Ilulissat.
