Payment and Prices

To book a trip, the full cost of the travel package must be paid at the time of reservation unless otherwise agreed. Prices listed on the website are in euros, per person, based on double occupancy in a standard room unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, we guarantee that the price of a confirmed booking will not change except in unforeseen circumstances.

If You Wish to Modify or Cancel Your Trip

If you decide to modify your booking after payment, we will make every effort to accommodate your requests, although this may not always be possible. You should inform us in writing as soon as possible, as the earlier you do so, the higher the likelihood that adjustments can be made. A €200 administration fee applies for changes, along with any additional costs incurred as a result.

You may cancel your trip at any time by submitting written notice in the name of the booking holder. However, since we incur costs from the moment of trip confirmation, the maximum refund available is 25% of the trip cost if cancellation is made no later than four weeks before departure.

Note: Certain parts of the trip, such as airline tickets, may be non-modifiable after booking, meaning any request for change could result in a 100% cancellation fee for that part of the trip. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers most situations where you may need to change or cancel your trip.

If We Change or Cancel Your Trip

While it is unlikely, we reserve the right to change your booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Typically, changes are minor, though occasionally significant modifications may be necessary. A significant change includes alterations to departure or return times by more than 36 hours or changes to the departure or return airport in Lithuania. In the event of a significant change, we will inform you as soon as possible and, if time permits before departure, offer the following options (these options apply only to significant changes):

  • You may accept the proposed change. If the change increases the cost (which we will try to avoid), we will ask you to cover the difference. If the change reduces the cost, we will refund the difference.

  • If you are unwilling or unable to accept the proposed changes, we will follow the relevant travel industry regulations at that time.

We may also cancel your booking due to force majeure, in which case you will be offered the options mentioned above without compensation. Force majeure includes any unforeseeable and unavoidable events such as war, civil unrest, strikes, terrorist activity, epidemics, pandemics, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, adverse weather conditions, and other similar events beyond our control. In all cases where we change or cancel your trip, we regret that we cannot cover any losses or expenses you incur as a result of these changes or cancellation.

Passports and Visas

You are responsible for having a valid passport and, if necessary, a visa for all countries you visit. Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your return date.

Baggage

We are not liable for the loss or damage of baggage, personal items, money, or documents. We recommend that you obtain travel insurance that includes coverage for these items.

Insurance

It is essential to have a comprehensive, high-quality insurance policy to protect you from financial losses due to changes in travel circumstances. Your travel insurance must cover all necessary areas.
