Transfers


Transfer to/from Alta Airport: Upon arrival at Alta Airport, a driver will meet you and take you to your hotel in a private car. On the last day of your trip, the driver will be waiting for you at your hotel to take you back to the airport.
A transfer by airport shuttle bus is also available as an option.

Northern Lights tour
The tour begins at 7:00 PM in central Alta, where you’ll meet your guide and set off in a minibus on a Northern Lights hunting adventure.
You’ll be provided with a warm overall and boots to keep you comfortable during extended time outdoors. You’ll enjoy hot drinks and snacks while waiting for the Northern Lights to appear. Your local guide will share fascinating stories about local life, Sami culture, and the region’s wildlife, from the Stone Age to modern times. The tour typically returns to Alta around midnight.
A tripod for your camera is available for rent during the tour for an additional fee of 100 NOK (10 Eur)
This tour is not recommended for children under 12 due to the late hours and cold conditions.
We recommend bringing spiked over-shoes for extra traction, as it can be very slippery.
