Transfers
The journey from the airport to the hotel takes just 10-15 minutes. After each flight, a shuttle bus awaits near the airport to transport passengers to the center of Longyearbyen.

Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive at Svalbard Airport, from where you can reach your hotel by shuttle bus. The journey to the town of Longyearbyen takes only 10-15 minutes. Settle in at the hotel.
Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel.
At 3:00 PM, embark on a small boat journey to the Isfjord Radio Hotel, where you’ll stay for two nights.
5:00–6:30 PM: Upon arrival, the hosts will take you on a tour of the station, allowing you to learn more about the unique history of this fascinating place. Spend the rest of the day relaxing in a warm sauna on the seaside rock, taking in views that will make you forget time and place.
7:30 PM: Enjoy an Arctic-inspired dinner at the restaurant.
Day 3
After a restful night’s sleep, wake up to an unforgettable view. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea while overlooking the Cape Linné Bird Reserve.
8:00–10:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.
10:00 AM–3:00 PM: Daily excursions are organized every day of the week and can be booked additionally. We can reserve these for you ahead of your trip.
7:30 PM: Dinner in the dining room.
If the evening is calm, we often gather around a bonfire to enjoy drinks under the open sky.
Day 4
Many people dream of seeing Svalbard’s "Big Five," and Isfjord Radio is the ideal place to encounter some of these animals. Keep your eyes open for walruses, polar bears, seals, Arctic foxes, and the curious Svalbard reindeer.
8:00–10:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.
10:00 AM–3:00 PM: Join a day excursion to explore Svalbard's western coastline further.
5:00 PM: Return to Longyearbyen with the Isfjord Express.

Free day for your chosen activities. We can suggest and book fjord excursions or guided hikes for you in advance.
Day 7
Breakfast at the hotel.
Depart for the airport by shuttle bus.
